That the location was not to far from downtown, yet far enough to be able to sleep at nite.
I booked for two nites and my key only worked for one day.

Wifi was not working and after requesting to be move into a different room closer to the router so my Teenage daughter and i could receive service,.. I never heard back from Manager. Refrigerator set to full on would take 2 days to cool something. shutting the door when leaving would not lock unless repeatedly pulling it shut really hard.

Could not sleep due to couples in rooms on both sides of mine arguing. I could hear every word they said. Then the train going by early in the morning.

Bed was clean and mattress very comfortable Linens were okay and towels soft enough. Disturbingly strong scent when you enter the room. I think it's meant to be sweet, but it's more like a cloud of disinfectant covering the room. Continental breakfast was excellent!
The bathroom should have been cleaner. Hair in bathtub and sink - fur bunnies behind toilet and in corners. The room had a STRONG odor and I woke up during the night (was awakened by a LOUD train - railroad is right next to motel!) thinking the room smelled like urine. Took me forever to go back to sleep.
